We had intended to hold the regular shareholders' meeting on a date when the general shareholders' meeting is concentrated, but in consideration of the finalization of financial statements and our internal and external schedules, we were forced to hold the general shareholders' meeting on the (expected) date when the general shareholders' meeting is concentrated.

We will actively participate in the future shareholder meeting decentralized voluntary compliance program and strive to hold shareholder meetings by avoiding concentrated days.
