Notice of suspension of stock registration

In order to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, voting rights are granted to shareholders registered in the shareholder register as of October 8, 2021 in accordance with Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 16 of our Articles of Incorporation. In order to confirm shareholders with rights, we hereby announce that any changes to the shareholder register, such as stock name transfer, lien registration, or cancellation, will be suspended from October 9, 2021 to October 18, 2021.
